Every participating school and NGO gets a 1.5 × 1.5 m canvas and paint to answer the year’s theme.
Young people needed a way in. Every participating school and NGO gets a 1.5 × 1.5 m canvas and paint to answer the year’s theme.
Art Expression brings young people aged 12 to 18 into the art world through their school or youth organisation. Each group makes one large canvas on the Art Week theme.
The finished works are shown to the public, and the programme grew into the Youth Art Fair and the Art-X-Plosion after-school programme.
